Sign up for a day and time block to have all your children "Fitted" for Ski or Snowboard equipment - no more waiting in one long line.

The goal of doing the equipment loan this way is to eliminate a long line the first night and hours spent getting equipment out.  Sign-ups will help us limit the number of fittings done each night and prevent you from having to wait in line at the beginning of the night.

Please plan on arriving at the time you signed up for, not before. You will be taken in the order that you arrive for your sign-up time. Sometimes, the group gets behind, and you will have to wait a little longer. Don't plan on being in and out in your 15-minute time block. The fitters are volunteers who have experience in this, and we are greatly appreciative of their time.

Below are links for the two Fitting Days being offered.
Time slots are 15 minutes from 5:45-7:15p on each night.  Only two (2) nights are scheduled for Fittings.

Families need to register only one (1) parent in their family for a time block to have all your children fitted.  Example- Register mom or dad for one (1) time block on either day and then bring all the children in your family during that time that need to be Fitted for equipment loan.

Equipment is loaned for the program at $30 per child.  Only a check or cash will be accepted the night of your scheduled fitting.  There is limited equipment available, we will do our best to fit your children.  If not you will have to rent locally.

The equipment is good for the program, however, if your family is going to ski or snowboard more than the program we suggest that you rent locally, as dealers have newer equipment and you can have it for longer.

Responsibility of Loaned Equipment:
  • The borrowed equipment for the Learn to Ski/Ride Program must be brought to a qualified shop to be tuned, checked, and adjusted for your child.
  • The Town of Williston and the Williston Schools are not certifying the condition of the equipment that is being borrowed. End-of or preseason checks are not done on the equipment.
  • It is the parent/guardian of the borrower’s responsibility to have a safety check done on the bindings and all equipment by a certified ski shop at the borrower’s expense.
  • The Town of Williston and the Williston Schools, its employees, volunteers, or elected officials will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur while using the equipment.
  • The equipment's condition, maintenance, and security are the responsibility of the family borrowing it.
  • The borrower will return the equipment, after the Learn to Ski/Ride Program, on one of the scheduled return days in April.
  • The REI Co-op in Williston is offering a discount to have the equipment checked and tuned.    You must bring the equipment to REI immediately after you receive it so that they have time to do the safety check and tune it before the program starts
If you have problems with any of the borrowed equipment, let us know and we will try and change it out.

* Adjustments and discounts will be applied during checkout if applicable. *
