Register below for a 4 visit punch pass to any of the yoga programs, Chair or All Levels, that Fyzical Williston offers.
   All Levels Yoga-   Wednesday Evenings-  5:30-6:30pm
   Chair Yoga-          Thursday Mornings-      11:00a-12:00p

Welcome to Fyzical Williston
   FYZICAL Wiliston is an outpatient, physical therapy clinic with a focus on balance, pre and post surgical management, work injuries, concussion management, neurological rehab, and pain management.
   Our goal is to enhance functional ability by creating a plan of care that fits your individual needs and is specific to your goals. We do not subscribe to a "one size fits all" approach.
   Our comprehensive physical therapy approach includes additional programs to compliment physical therapy rehabilitation to help reach your maximum ability and achieve holistic health:  All Levels Yoga, Chair Yoga & Medical Based Personal Training

Registration Information:
  • All Registrations are done online.
  • ONLINE PAYMENT OPTION- is with a credit card (processing fee of $2 or 3.5 %, whichever is higher, plus 10 cents is added). Using this option your balance is paid in full and the person is enrolled.
  • Your balance is paid in full at the time of payment and the person can receive a pass.
  • Please create a household account prior to registering if you don't already have one.
  • You will receive your Punch Pass from Fyzical Williston on your first visit.
