Grab your weights and a water bottle and join this fitness program! It will work your upper and lower body strength as well as your balance and core.
Modifications are shown and participants are encouraged to work within their abilities while socializing and having fun.

$5 per visit
Payable when you attend each class
Equipment: (optional but encouraged)
Hand/ankle weights, bands/tubing, mat, ball
Chair- you can bring your own, but they will be available
Instructor- Toni Kunker
Bio: Toni has been a fitness instructor for 35+ years and is very passionate about promoting health and wellness. She has experience working with a variety of populations ranging in ages from children to seniors, as well as working with developmentally disabled adults. Toni's experience makes her adept at challenging participants while working within their abilities, offering modifications and making fitness fun and accessible to all.
