This program teaches foundational Hula Hoop tricks and transitions and combines these movements to create a flowing dance. Improve balance, dexterity, strength, and coordination in this 1-hour class. There are so many variations and ways to use the hoop - you are sure to discover your favorite moves!
Materials - All hoops provided for the class

NOTE: Geared toward adults 50+ but open to everyone. Programs are good for any age if you are looking for a fun and exciting to start your physical wellness journey.

Bio: Karla Jones, BFA, MS is an artist, nutritionist, activist, and mother. Karla was introduced to the hula hoop in 2018. It quickly became an obsession and she wanted to share the joy. Now she is a HoopYogini 200HYOTT certified teacher and a hoop love coach.
