Learn the basics of filling, stacking, crumb-coating and decorating cakes! Each student or co-registered pair will leave with a cake they have assembled and decorated themselves with versatile and effective buttercream techniques, and a foundation for cake decorating that will leave them inspired by the endless possibilities.

Class Location: The R.E.C Zone 94 Harvest Lane, Williston VT

This program offers the option to add another person to an individual registration.  This 'plus-one' person will share a cake but receive their own icing to add their own decoration.  The extra person fee is $20, limit one (1) extra person per registration.
 
Instructor- Jamie Deutsch , Owner and Baker, Adventures of Cake
   Bio – Jamie Deutsch has been baking since she was a child. She's always dreamed of owning a bakery, and her dream has finally come true after a detour through getting her M.Sc., having three kids, and deciding to leave the 9-5 world to stay home with them. She lives in Williston, and when not baking or doing dishes, Jamie loves to garden, hike, read, and write.
