RSVP Bone Builders, a program of United Way of Northwest Vermont, is a FREE low-impact weight training program designed to prevent and reverse osteoporosis in older adults. 


Hour-long classes are held twice per week. 


Program Info:
  Days:          Tuesdays and Thursdays
  Time:          10:00-11:00 am 
  Location:   "R.E.C. Zone"- 94 Harvest Lane, Williston
  Fee:            Free! Donations welcomed
  Registration:  No Pre-Registration is required; sign-in is required when you attend. 
 
Equipment:
   
  - Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes.
  - Change to indoor shoes that give you good support.
  - Bring a water bottle.
  - Chairs are available so that you can sit as needed.


NOTE:
  Geared toward adults 50+ but open to everyone age 18+, who want a low-impact workout to start or continue their physical wellness journey. They’re essential for keeping your body strong and moving through every season of life. If you need specific adjustments during class, let your instructor know; they’ve got you covered!
