Senior Community Meals, Age 60+

Senior adults in line to get food

We’re thrilled to announce that on Tuesdays, the Recreation Department and Age Well will offer a free meal from 12:00–12:30 PM for anyone aged 60+ and their spouse, regardless of age. Check-in begins at 11:30 AM, with meals served at noon.

Following lunch, enjoy a free senior-focused program from 12:30–1:30 PM. Stay, connect, and take part in engaging activities tailored just for you!

Registering for Meals:
  • Space is limited- Advanced registration is required for each community meal. 
  • Registration- You must call or email to register for the meals.

  • Registration Form- An annual registration form is required, which will be done at the first meal you attend. Forms are updated each year.
Note:
  Space is limited, advanced registration is required. Registration for each meal closes one week before the scheduled date, so we encourage you to register for all desired in advance.

Community meals are held at the R.E.C Zone, located at 94 Harvest Lane.
There is a $5 suggested donation per meal, which goes to Age Well.

Accessible Yoga
This gentle yoga program is designed for people of all abilities, offering modifications for comfort and safety. Improve flexibility, strength, and relaxation through mindful movement and breathing exercises. Join us for a peaceful, inclusive practice that promotes physical and mental well-being.

Test your knowledge and celebrate the season with our fun Spring Trivia Game! Join us for a lively, interactive session filled with questions about nature, history, and all things spring. It’s a great way to enjoy friendly competition and connect with others while embracing the spirit of the season!
Town Plan Talk with the Senior Town Planner
Join us for an informative session with the Senior Town Planner, who will share insights about the town of Williston's future development and upcoming projects. This is a great opportunity to learn about local plans, ask questions, and have your voice heard in shaping the community.

Senior Medicare Patrol: Protect Yourself from Scams
Join Jean McDermott from the Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) for an important session on health care fraud, scams, and how to protect yourself and your loved ones. Learn how to spot fraudulent Medicare calls, including common card scams, and discover how the SMP program works to protect Medicare for future generations.

Join us for a helpful session with Tech for Tomorrow, where we'll guide you through using MyChart, the app that lets you manage your medical information with ease. Learn how to access test results, schedule appointments, and stay connected with your health care providers through this user-friendly platform.
