Zumba Gold is a modified version of Zumba that is geared towards active older adults seeking lower-impact workouts. The Design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination.

Program Info:
  Days:          Thursdays- Starting March 6 (March 6 & 13 classes free to try)
  Time:          11:30 am-12:30 pm
  Location:   "R.E.C. Zone"- 94 Harvest Lane, Williston
  Fee:            $10 per visit, payable when you attend
  Registration:  No Pre-Registration is required, sign-in is required when you attend. 

Equipment:
  - Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes
  - Change to indoor shoes that give you good support
  - Water bottle
  - Chairs will be available to all participants

Instructor: Ciara Gregory
   Bio: Ciara has been a certified Zumba instructor for over 7 years now, a Zumba Gold instructor for 2 years and also teaches Kids Dance Fitness. Her Passion is to help people change their lives inside and out with the rhythm of music. Come ready to sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. 

Registration Information
  • You will need to Print & Sign your name each time you attend a class. This is the registration for each class.
  • Classes are $10 per visit - payable when you attend.
