Fundraiser Campaigns


Below are Fundraiser Campaigns that the Williston Recreation & Parks Department is currently working on to improve programming and services to the Community of Williston.

1- Kitchenette at the R.E.C. Zone:
    2/3/2025 – The Williston Recreation & Parks Department is pleased to announce a new initiative to build a fully equipped kitchenette at the R.E.C. Zone, a hub for programming for all ages.  The kitchenette will serve as a key resource for community events, educational programming, and support of the Senior Community Meals program in partnership with Age Well.
    To bring this vision to life, the department is actively seeking both monetary donations and in-kind contributions from the community, as well as a business sponsorship to help fund the kitchenette’s construction and furnishing.
 
Ways to Contribute:
  1. Monetary Donations: Individual donations of any amount are welcomed and will directly support the purchase of kitchen appliances and furnishings. Every contribution plays a part in enhancing this community space.
  1. In-Kind Donations: The Department is also seeking new or gently used kitchen equipment;
         Microwave, Toaster, Dishware (plates, bowls, cups), Utensils, Storage containers
  1. Business Sponsorship: The Department invites a local business to become a sponsor of the kitchenette project. Sponsorship will have the benefit of being recognized for its generosity and support in building a space that benefits the entire community.
             Kitchenette Partner-   $10,000    (Recognition in all promotional materials, on the Recreation website, plaque in the kitchenette, Banner in the R.E.C. Zone)
How to Donate or Sponsor:
  1. Monetary Donations: Donations can be made by mailing a check to:

  2.  In-Kind Donations: To donate goods, please contact the Williston Recreation & Parks Department at 802-876-1160 or email recreation@willistonvt.org to arrange drop-off or pickup.
  3.  Business Sponsorship: If there is a Business interested in sponsorship please contact Todd Goodwin at 802-876-1160 or recreation@willistonvt.org for more details and to discuss partnership levels.
