Program Information:
  RecKids Lacrosse will introduce children ages 4-5 to the fine and gross motor skills necessary to play lacrosse. You and your little one will work together to develop fundamental lacrosse skills such as Stick Handling/Cradling, Scooping, Shooting, Passing/Catching, and running/agility in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere.
  There are no games in this program. No special equipment is needed. Each participant will receive a RecKids T-shirt.

Parent participation is required for this program. 

Equipment:

  All lacrosse equipment will be provided for the program.
  Dress for the weather and bring a water bottle.

Youth Sports Registration:
  • Online registration is available with a credit card (a processing fee of $2 or 3.5 %, whichever is higher, plus 10 cents is added). Using this option, your balance is paid in full, and the person is enrolled.
  • If a non-refundable deposit is available, it can be paid for online. However, the remaining balance is due before the registered person can attend. Some programs or camps have a specific date that the balance has to be paid.
  • Offline registration is available at the Recreation Dept. with a check or cash. You have to come in to do this. Please be sure to create a Household Account online before coming in if you don't have one already.
  • Registrations are NOT accepted over the phone or by email.
  • Online registrations close the night before the start date of the program or on Thursday evening if the program starts over the weekend.
  • Registration Deadlines: if a deadline is posted on the registration page for a program, this is to ensure that there are enough participants to offer the program. The Dept. works with other Depts. to be able to offer some programs.
  • No registrations are accepted after the second meeting of a program, or after the first day of a camp, or after the first day of a sports practice.
  • If a program is Full, register for the waiting list using the Online Payment Option. No fee is charged.
  • Program numbers are checked one week before the start date to see if the minimum number is met.
  • Cancellations & Transfers: must be made at the Dept. You cannot do it online. Please contact us to cancel or transfer a program.
  • The Dept reserves the right to cancel or consolidate any programs that do not meet the minimum participation required. If canceled, a full refund will be issued. Participants will be notified by email of any changes or cancellations.
  • Don’t Wait! Register Early! (A program might be canceled due to low enrollment or filled).
