Hoopla & Sensory Play for all Families, Ages 0-5 Register View Cart

A woman holds a hula hoop near her head and smiles

A joyful movement class where tots and caregivers play, move, and explore together!

Designed for children aged 5 and younger to experience with their grown-ups. This class blends beginner hooping, music-led movement, and hands-on sensory play to support connection and healthy movement for all bodies.

We’ll dance, stretch, balance, and giggle our way through imaginative games, sensory stations, and gentle circuits that get everyone involved. Caregivers are invited to move right alongside their child, enjoying playful movement that supports strength, coordination, and bonding.

We’ll also explore calming sensory elements (scarves, ribbon wands, soft balls, and balance) to encourage self-regulation through age-appropriate movement and play.
Perfect for families looking to connect, move, and play in a welcoming, upbeat space — all without pressure to perform.

Grown-ups can expect:
  • Gentle, low-impact movement and light toning
  • Fun partner play with your child using hoops, balls, and soft props
  • A chance to connect with other caregivers while staying active
Little ones can expect:
  • Music and rhythm games with hoops
  • Movement that supports developing coordination. Gross and fine motor skills.
  • A safe, joyful space to explore textures, shapes, and movement
  • Moments to self-regulate and connect through shared, playful activity
What’s included:
  • Group warm-up and friendly guided movement by Ms Karla
  • Hoop-based play and sensory exploration stations
  • Free play dance party, and cool-down with bubbles, lights, and more
  • Water station, hoops, and all props provided!
