Kempo Karate, Age 5-11
Looking for a safe, fun, and empowering after-school activity for your child? Since 1981, Villari's Martial Arts has helped children build vital self-defense skills, focus, and unstoppable self-confidence through Shaolin Kempo Karate.
Two sessions are offered, for ages 5-7 and ages 8-11.
Ages 5-7:
A specialized class tailored to engage the younger minds. The primary aim is to work on focus and respect while making learning enjoyable for little ones. The program includes a variety of hands-on activities and games. By combining traditional martial arts with engaging activities, Villari's works to inspire this young age group to learn and grow in a positive setting.
Ages 8-11:
This class emphasizes the foundational elements of our system, including kicks, punches, and blocks, all taught in an engaging and supportive atmosphere for this older age group. Through a blend of dynamic activities and focused training, children not only develop physical strength and coordination but also cultivate essential life skills such as discipline, confidence, and teamwork.
