In this camp, each camper will come home with a read-to-cook dinner entrée and dessert for five people each night! Follow simple cooking directions and dinner is done!
Topics covered include kitchen safety, healthy choices, reading recipes, measuring, and more! Campers will make and enjoy a snack, dinner entrée, and a sweet treat to bring home each day. At the end of the week each student will take home a cookbook.
Entrée Menu: Taco Rice Casserole, Chicken Pot Pie, Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole, Lasagna Casserole, Pizza Casserole.

Bio: I have lived in Williston for the last 28 years. I have operated a berry/ vegetable farm, produced jams and pickles, and cooked professionally. I love to garden, cook for family and friends, and teach others how to cook.
Camp Notes
- Final Balance for camps must be paid in full by June 5, 2026.
- Your balance can be paid down by sending in regular payments before the due date.

- REGISTRATION DEADLINES:
- 1. Online registrations close Thursday night before the start date of each Enrichment Camp.
- 2. In-Person Registration- at the Rec. Dept. closes at 4:00 pm on Thursday before the start date of each Enrichment Camp.
Enrichment Camp Registration
- Online registration is available with a credit card (a processing fee of $2 or 3.5 %, whichever is higher, plus 10 cents is added). Using this option, your balance is paid in full, and the person is enrolled.
- If a non-refundable deposit is available, it can be paid for online. However, the remaining balance is due for all camps before the June date above.
- Offline registration is available at the Recreation Dept. with a check or cash. You have to come in to do this. Please be sure to create a Household Account online before coming in if you don't have one already.
- Registrations are NOT accepted over the phone or by email.
- After the June due date, deposits are not accepted. Camp balance must be paid in full at the time of registration.
- If a camp is full, you can register for the waiting list using the Online Payment Option. No fee will be charged.
- Cancellations & Transfers: must be made at the Dept. You cannot do it online. Please contact us to cancel or transfer a program.
- The Dept reserves the right to cancel or consolidate any programs that do not meet the minimum participation required. If canceled, a full refund will be issued. Participants will be notified by email of any changes or cancellations.
- Don’t Wait! Register Early! (A program might be canceled due to low enrollment or filled).
