Jazzercise Cardio Sculpt Programs, Age 16+ - Jazzercise- Sundays Jazzercise classes are ideal for anyone 16 years or older who wants to establish or maintain a regular exercise routine. Regular physical activity is essential for maintaining strength and mobility throughout life. If you require any adjustments or accommodations during class, please don't hesitate to inform your instructor, who will be happy to assist you.Jazzercise is an inclusive fitness program suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. The classes feature easy-to-follow dance aerobic moves, strength training, and flexibility exercises.To accommodate diverse needs, the classes are designed with varying levels of impact and intensity. Instructors are happy to offer modifications and options to help you customize your workout experience. Use of a chair is also an available option.Program Information: Three levels of instruction are offered, with 8 classes a week for you to attend on any pass offered. Classes are offered year-round. Tamie Jo Dickinson, Associate Instructor Bio: Certified in 2009. Loves Jazzercise and motivating members in challenging themselves. She is a National Board Certified Business Teacher, recently retired from CVU High School after decades of teaching, and now teaches business and entrepreneurship classes at Champlain College, CCV, and through the Governor's Institute. She is a state-wide start-up advisor with the VT Small Business Development Center with a focus on youth entrepreneurship. Shannon Farnum, Associate Instructor Bio: Certified in 2025. Loves Jazzercise for the energy, fun, and supportive community. Enjoys her time with the family, snowboarding, playing golf, and swimming.

Drivers Ed- Age 15-17 - Driver's Ed-Spring Epic Driving focuses on defensive driving techniques, including crash avoidance, situational awareness, zone control, mindful driving, and developing good driving habits. This course includes 30 hours of engaging, differentiated, and responsive classroom activities and weekly, individually scheduled, behind-the-wheel lessons consisting of 45 minutes of instruction and 45 minutes of observation. This course is for teenagers ages 15-17 with a valid Vermont learner’s permit. Attendance in all scheduled class sessions is required for successful course completion. Please do not register for the program if there are dates you cannot attend.Driving appointments will be scheduled once a week. Wednesday classes are remote, Sunday classes are held in person. Schedules dates: September 27, 30, October 4, 7, 11, 14, 18, 21, 25, 28, November 1, 4, 8, 11, 15, 18 There is a mandatory orientation on September 27 from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Driving appointments will be 1 1/2 hours in length and only once a week for students. Driving appointments are separate from scheduled group classes.2026-27 Winter Session Wednesdays 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Sundays 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.. Wednesday classes are remote, Sunday classes are held in person.
