RECREATION & PARKS MASTER PLAN - WORKSHOP
The Department will have a Parks Design workshop with the consultants for the Master Plan.
Join us on Monday, January 12, 5:30-6:30p at the REC Zone- 94 Harvest Ln. Flyer- Click Here
The workshop is to assess the quality & condition of existing parks, as well as identify priorities to enhance them.
ICE RINK - OPEN
The Rink is located near the warming hut at Village Community Park. More info on Rink- Click Here
Entrance to the rink, by the warming hut, will be open when the rink is safe to use and closed off by a fence when the rink is unsafe or making ice.
Opening and Closing of the rink will be posted on Facebook, Instagram, and here on the Home page of the Rec. website.
Please respect the rink. Be careful of the boards, and bumpers so that they can be reused each year. Also, stay off the rink when closed, so ice can form that is safe to be on. Respect the users of the rink and share in the use. No one group has priority or allocated time. All are welcome!

Snowperson Building Contest

Contest January 1-31
Dear Members of the Williston Community, we invite you to participate in this New contest, Snowperson Building Contest.
From January 1 to January 31, anytime the snow flies, get outside and show off your snow-building skills.
Build a snowperson, a snow creature, a snow animal, or any snowy creation in a local park or in your own yard! The more creative, the better!
How to Enter:
- Wait for the snow, then get outside and build your masterpiece!
- Take a picture of your creation
- Email your photo to: recreation@willistonvt.org

All entries will be posted on the Williston Recreation Facebook page (Facebook), and the picture with the most likes wins a prize!
