Yoga Flow

Join your instructor for a Vinyasa Yoga Flow program appropriate for everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners!

Each class will start with a brief mindfulness meditation, then move into an easy Vinyasa Flow practice. You will practice moving your body with your breath, flow a sequence of yoga shapes both on the ground and standing, then you will settle on the ground for some longer stretches. The program will end with a brief wind-down meditation.

No experience with yoga necessary! Your instructor will demonstrate each shape of the sequence, you will move through each sequence slowly so you have time to find the shape that works for your body.

  Day:           Fridays- (starting January 31)
  Time:         6:00-7:00 pm
  Location:  "R.E.C. Zone"- 94 Harvest Lane, Williston
  Fee:           $10 per visit.  Payable when you attend each class
  Registration:  No Pre-Registration required, sign in is required when you attend. 

Equipment:
  - Yoga mat
  - Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes
  - Change to indoor shoes that give you good support
  - Water bottle
  - Chairs will be available to all participants

Instructor: Robin Zabiegalski
   Bio: Robin is a 200hr certified yoga teacher, certified in Accessible Yoga through the Accessible Yoga School, and has been teaching yoga for over five years. Robin believes in approaching yoga with gentleness and compassion. In classes you are always welcome to engage in YOUR practice. Robin's goal is to guide you through a practice that allows you to discover how you feel in your body and how you can make adjustments to feel the best in your body. 

Registration Information:
  • You will need to Print & Sign your name each time you attend a class. This is the registration for each class.
  • You will need to pay the fee each time you attend. Cash or checks are accepted.
  • Checks are payable to "Williston Recreation"
