Yoga Flow

Join your instructor for a Vinyasa Yoga Flow program appropriate for everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners!

Classes will begin with a brief mindfulness meditation, then move into an easy practice that can be done on a yoga mat, in a chair, or both. You will practice moving your bodies with your breath, move into some classic yoga shapes that can be done on a yoga mat or while sitting on a chair. The program will end with a brief wind-down meditation.

No experience necessary! The instructor will demonstrate each shape of the sequence, you'll move through each sequence slowly so you have time to find the shape that works for your body.

NOTE:
  Geared toward adults 50+ but open to everyone age 18+.

  Day:           Mondays- (starting January 27)
  Time:         1:00-2:00 pm
  Location:  "R.E.C. Zone"- 94 Harvest Lane, Williston
  Fee:           $5 per visit.  Payable when you attend each class
  Registration:  No Pre-Registration required, sign in is required when you attend. 

Equipment:    
  - Yoga mat
  - Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes
  - Change to indoor shoes that give you good support
  - Water bottle
  - Chairs will be available so that you can sit as needed.

Instructor: Robin Zabiegalski
   Bio: Robin is a 200hr certified yoga teacher, certified in Accessible Yoga through the Accessible Yoga School, and has been teaching yoga for over five years. Robin believes in approaching yoga with gentleness and compassion. In classes you are always welcome to engage in YOUR practice. Robin's goal is to guide you through a practice that allows you to discover how you feel in your body and how you can make adjustments to feel the best in your body. 

Registration Information:
  • You will need to Print & Sign your name each time you attend a class. This is the registration for each class.
  • You will need to pay the fee each time you attend. Cash or checks are accepted.
  • Checks are payable to "Williston Recreation"
